The idea for TPM., was born out of a conversation at 35,000 feet, while headed home to the Bahamas on a private flight with a major investor on the island. During that flight, he asked me a series of questions. However, there was one, to which his response to my answer, shook me at the core...

 

What he had simply asked - "...what do you plan on bringing to the table?"

 

My response was bold, but true: "...I build the Tables. I am the Carpenter!"

 

With a seemingly impressed look on his face, he smiled and then said: "But where is your table?"

 

These were powerful; but timely words.

 

I started to build my table!

I have orchestrated and spearheaded the formulation of Capital Expenditure Budgets for Multi-Million Dollar Projects, and also established the controls, processes, and policies that streamlined execution, ensuring every project was completed on time and on budget.

 

As General Manager/Property Manage & Owner’s Representative at February Point, I oversaw a 90-property resort community, including 37 multimillion-dollar private estates. Leading teams of 250+ and delivering consistent monthly savings through operational discipline, financial controls, and service metrics that matter.

 

Hands-on is where I strive; managing major Estate Renovations, FE&E Enhancement Programs, HVAC and Duct Work change out, Landscaping Irrigation systems installations and repairs, Water Storage Installations, Pool Restorations, Septic Installations, Pool and Pressure Pump Installations and Rebuild Programs and Small to Large Landscaping Enhancements Initiatives.

 

Most recently, overseeing Special Engineering Projects, Property Maintenance Programs, and Room Enhancement Projects at a Prestigious Private Members Club, allows me to bring a level of attention to detail and accountability unmatched in the Property Management industry.
